MSNBC: Yertle Backs Impeachment

Says he is happy the House is moving forward with impeachment. Believes it’s a way to rid the GOP of tRump, permanently.

My guess: he is getting ready to pressure Pence to invoke the 25th, ie: the Nixon gambit (“resign or Rs will vote to impeach.”).

Trump had a brief moment to walk this back but his awful instinct compelled him to double down. After shooting himself in both feet, he's now aiming for his own ass.

Impeach.

Let's see him lose all perks and benefits like Secret Service protection, and the annual travel/office budgets. Give Donnie a used Suburban and let his drive home by himself on Jan 20th.

I don’t think they can pull off the 25th. Impeachment is a slam dunk if we can get 17 repubs to join in.

I don't see how this pressures Pence. I think Pence is scared shitless of T's mobs and is not going to pursue the 25th A.

Also doubt McConnell says this without knowing the majority of his caucus is behind him.

Trump will LASH out regardless at the GOP.

After the 20th, Trump loses his daily TV outlet. His bull pulpit is gone.

The state of New York will be waiting for him that will tie him up in court for years if he is not in prison first. No diapers, no golf, no phone, no gormet meals of McDonald's and KFC, no choice of what to wear, no 24 hour TV.

Me doing my happy dance.....
