They can still vote. They installed a plexiglass box they can enter and vote from, in the balcony I believe. Allows them to vote without exposing anyone on the floor.

Nothing that can be done for that. But it's not the first time a congressman would be forced to miss a vote while in the hospital.
We have the votes to impact even with them out. It will pass easily with republican supporters.

I want to update everyone. While I feel ok, on my doctor's advice I'm on my way to a local hospital for monoclonal antibody treatment.
