So don't worry about details of how he can be removed via impeachment, since impeachment doesn't remove him.
He needs to be convicted by the Senate for him to be removed, and that won't happen in time.

Because he's still President, and can (and will) appeal the decision, he'll be allowed to stay in the White House until his term is up.

As for a "perp walk", has he been indicted for something I'm not aware of?
