National Guard for a guardsman to step foot on the capitol.

And you will see how, after they refused the help they kept slowalking it until after finally Pence called and THEN they sent help.

I don't know what law the broke by not sending help they they knew our citizens and lawmakers needed when their lives were in danger but I think there must be one or two.
