Care of the Belgians. Apparently Lizzie Windsor holds a grudge against Jimmy Carter... Some royal faux pas apparently...

And a loving devoted wife that has been by his side all of these years.

Nothing came easy to him - either as president or private citizen.

But while he had his share of failures and just plain bad luck, Carter succeeded in popping the OPEC bubble - which made Reagan's "morning in America" possible.

Cheeto, on the other hand, is leaving his successor the most intractable, disastrous situation since Hoover (grudgingly) passed the baton to FDR.

Biden's patience will be tested more even than Carter's was - but I know he's up to the task.

He taught Sunday school his entire adult life even while he was president. He has the Nobel peace prize for actually creating peace agreements between waring nations during and after his 4 years as president. He has eradicated diseases in Africa, built home for the poor and homeless.

So please explain to me that why only Republican presidents are considered Christian presidents.

Trump will probably call Carter for a job.

"Jimmy, I hear you're in real estate..."
"I build houses."
"What's the angle?"
"People get to live in the houses."

It's pretty much a weed tree from China, but I did not know they could make guitars from them. The tree is actually fairly common and very easy to grow.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paulownia_tomentosa

It may have been offered by the Forestry Service at one time and that is why Jimmy Carter planted them.
