Gosar have criminal liability, then i expect them to get pardons. Thing is then whether that ignites a further fuse inside the GOP, and who is willing to stay a Republican knowing these lowlifes conspired with that same gang that had the intent of killing any politician they could find, regardless of party.

and lead back to Trump and the organizers. No way Trump would do that. His kids will get pardons because there are standing issues beyond the insurrection. It will be general like Ford's pardon to Nixon so will cover everything including the insurrection. Chances are many other close allies that also have other difficulties will be pardoned (again general) that looks like a little corruption to avoid the big one that would include charges that lead to life in prison (federal prison for murder isn't fun).

that he will get President Pence to pardon him. I honestly do not see a benefit in him NOT taking a pardon himself, and the rumours in the media is that he is seriously concerned about his own criminal liability. He's been impeached twice, a pardon isn't going to do much more for his legacy, but it will stop Federal charges !!!

except for the events in the insurrection. Incitement is almost impossible to prove.

A pardon immediately puts a real target on them.

could all be exposed during the investigations, so is it worth the risk, or take the pardon and brazen it out as they do.

You can have a pocket pardon, but aren't all pardons have to be in the National Archives. Can prior Presidents keep their papers secret including pardons? How is that even managed? Who says if a person has a real pardon? The Constitution puts no restrictions on pardons other than the President having the power and what crimes are not included.

Biden should early on list all the pocket pardons that are out there to the public if he is able.

was told by Cipollone and Barr that a self pardon would be challenged and likely be overturned, and that has been consistently said by people like Neal Katyal and Laurence Tribe.

No anyone that deserve them for being Trump suckups, but someone who's pardon would be a poke in the eye of justice.

He is just too petty, and this is something he has total control over for the next few days.

Not even The Ghoul is in his good graces now.

Whatever he thinks to commit to paper with his lucky Sharpie will either be illegal, unenforceable, or prefaced with a list of so many, self-pitying, imagined wrongs and slights on which conditions he is granting the pardons as to be null.

The Stupid is strong in this one
