Yes, I agree that merely trespassing and even forced entry - if you have a clean record - won't draw much time, the doj is clearing amping up charges as they develop the cases.

I don't think the initial charges will be left alone in all cases. It depends on what the cameras show. Sight seers will get off easy, those that fought with police and pillaged will not.
