What should he write?

It is a long standing tradition that the departing president write a note/letter to the newly-elected President. That letter is traditionally left in a drawer of the Resolute Desk for when the newly inaugurated President arrives at the Oval Office.
Since we all know that BunkerBoy has been SO busy presidenting, there just may be the chance that he's not had the time to write the letter he might want.
So, to help our favorite president (so he says.....), what do YOU think he should write to his successor?
