2. Looks like the false flags operatives are spinning.

Saying Biden promised $2000 and he's only doing $1400. It was always meant to be $2000 total. Now these operatives are pretending to be liberals and bashing Biden on social media for not giving an additional $2000 on top of the $600. Sadly they are planting the seeds to dupe others.
