1. It will have to go through Congress, so your guess is as good as anyone else's.

Now that the Dems have (narrow) control of Congress it might go a little faster than before, but it still won't be instantaneous.

4. And I offered one, which is basically that it won't be fast but maybe faster

than it would have been if the Dems hadn't taken Congress, but otherwise I have no idea.

5. My guess would be they will bring this

legislation up ASAP after Jan 20th, vote and get the ball rolling to have payments start going out early Feb.
