Why no search warrants for congressional traitors?

If I had posted a picture with a bunch of white supremacists the day before the coup attempt and several of them had already been arrested for involvement in the terrorist attack, I would think that the FBI would have probable cause to search everyone in the picture: homes, cars, phones, computer, and offices.

Yet Gym Jordan, Crazy Colorado lady, Cruz, Hawley, etc have not had homes, offices, computer, and phones searched.

I just don't get it. Leaving so much time for evidence to be destroyed.

Investigations of members of Congress can be a little problematic, and details are likely not to be made public for awhile.

I believe. We had been told the picture was taken the 5th, but I do not think it was. I have heard otherwise since.

3. You don't know if they are being searched or not.

Cell phone records, social media, wire taps, physical tails etc and neither we nor they would know.

6. Do we know for a fact there are not? Also, let authorities search the electronic

devices and communications of some of the people they arresting, looking for evidence of direct communications between people like Biggs, Gosar, Brooks, Alexander and some of the leaders of the insurrection.

That takes some time.
