If I had posted a picture with a bunch of white supremacists the day before the coup attempt and several of them had already been arrested for involvement in the terrorist attack, I would think that the FBI would have probable cause to search everyone in the picture: homes, cars, phones, computer, and offices.
Yet Gym Jordan, Crazy Colorado lady, Cruz, Hawley, etc have not had homes, offices, computer, and phones searched.
I just don't get it. Leaving so much time for evidence to be destroyed.

(9,952 posts)I believe. We had been told the picture was taken the 5th, but I do not think it was. I have heard otherwise since.

Also, how do we know that there aren't warrants? Some investigations have to secret.

That takes some time.
