Far-right extremist ‘Baked Alaska’ (a.k.a. Anthime Joseph Gionet) arrested in Houston for Capitol siege.

Charges include 40 USC § 5104(e) for actions in the Capitol with the intent to impede, disrupt, or disturb the orderly conduct of a session of Congress etc.👇

28. What bothers me about these charges

is that they're weak sauce law enforcement, when there is clear law stating that attempting to harm the election process is harm to the nation's people's government by their consent. It's sedition. I just don't get why these seditionists, whether stupid or partyers or business owners or moms, dads, grandmas and granpas, aren't charged as just that. They committed sedition. And ignorance of that law is no excuse.
