I've seen speculation about who's running the country with Lame Duck a l'orange going to ground since the election. Pence is off doing the ceremonial military thing in California, and by all accounts he and Hair Furor are avoiding each other anyway. Seems like the Chief of Staff would be one person in touch with whoever is really running the show. And Jarvanka is/are a pretty plausible answer for "who's running the country?" Since Jared seems to be the White House jack-of-all-trades in the Drumpf maladministration.
