Rep Boebert presumably was armed while insurrectionists invaded the Capitol

Rep Boebert has made a point that she concealed-carries a pistol into the Capitol. As part of the justification for their carrying, CCW advocates usually say that they can help protect others from violent people or "bad guys with guns."

Well, here was a perfect opportunity- seemingly one she's been waiting all her life for- for Rep Boebert to pull out her gun and play hero in protecting not only the Congresspeople around her but our democracy itself from violent seditionists. Law enforcement was totally overwhelmed. Where the hell was she?

The most generous interpretation of her behavior is that she was too cowardly to follow through on the responsibility she'd appointed herself by CCWing in the Capitol.

I'm sure DUers could interpret her actions in other ways, though.
