The security probably will prevent events that otherwise would have occurred.

They already caught one guy with guns and non-approved credentials.

I'd also add to Jefferson's quote: "... and insurrectionists, and terrorists, seditionists, and traitors."

I expect they haven't learned their lesson. They have no fear. They are certain that God is with them in their crusade. The streets will run red.

So probably not in the best mindset to be an effective criminal / murderer of their primary target or targets. I just hope no innocent regular people get killed being at the wrong place at the wrong time. I would not go near DC at this time and I hope their blind rage causes them to trip up and all get caught before they follow through like the one they already caught.
