I hate the terrorists and their apologists

to an unhealthy extent. Anyone else feel that way?

I hate the people who continue to lie about the election, and those who draw false analogies between Black Lives Matter and the seditionist attack on the Capitol. Disturbingly, I'm starting to understand the countries ripped apart by civil war, with populations that turn against one another. While they may deserve retribution, this intensity of hatred does me no good. Do others feel that way?

Understandable and justified but not necessarily healthy. I hope we can get past this at some point, but I'm afraid it will be a while.

I hope to get my emotions back under control when trump is gone for good. I live in a red area but I never hated the people around me until trump started riling them up and giving them permission to crap on our society. I don't like having negative feelings this strong.
