Anyone watching Rachel? Designated Survivor for the inauguration?

I am kind of shocked that they would have one but it makes sense. Do we know who has been designated this year? I hope it isn't an acting cabinet member.

they have contingencies in place, though if the whole top of the Trump Admin had been wiped out I'm not sure we would have noticed.
