Knowing trump never appears on time, my guess is an hour later, but it is only a guess.

I think the invitations said people had to get there between 6 and 7:15 EST for security screening, so I assume the thing is scheduled for about 8 EST, give or take.
Dotard wants to get to Merde-a-Lago before he stops being POTUS at noon (so they still call the plane AF1 and all that) so he's got to leave by 9 or 9:30, I would think.
