Trump Jr., Guilfoyle moving in? Admirals Cove residents not thrilled with the idea

Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle are planning to spend millions of dollars on two luxurious waterfront homes in Admirals Cove, an exclusive gated community in Jupiter. But like Trump's father is seeing in Palm Beach, some would-be neighbors in Admirals Cove also don't want a Trump in their neighborhood.

When word spread that the couple had contracts to purchase the two homes on adjacent lots in the community, about 30 residents contacted Peter Moore, general manager of the property owners association.

"About half have concerns about safety," Moore said. "The others have political concerns with what's happened in the last couple of weeks."

One member went further, bringing up accusations of Guilfoyle's improper behavior while working at Fox News, as well as reports that Trump Jr. is under criminal investigation in Washington D.C.for incitement of the Jan. 6 siege on the U.S. Capitol.

After all, ensconced in their delusional little bubble, Guilfoyle saw herself as Evita to Biff's Juan. Now, especially after January 6, the trump "brand" has become radioactive, their bank, businesses, and donors are fleeing in droves, and Biff is looking at multiple criminal investigations. He's no longer the gop heir apparent.

Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle, who have been a couple since 2018, plan to jointly purchase a seven-bedroom, 12-bathroom home at 492 Mariner Drive that is listed for $11 million. The house features a wine room, theater, chef's kitchen and guest wings.

The two-story property, which sits on a point, has 300 feet of water frontage and can accommodate an 85-foot boat. The home is 16,977 square feet, of which 11,230 is under air, according to Palm Beach County Property Appraiser.

Guilfoyle alone plans to purchase the 11,270 sq. foot home next door at 494 Mariner Drive, Moore said. The home is listed for sale for at $9.5 million That two-story property has six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and is 15,621 square feet, of which 11,270 is under air, according to county records.

Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle plan to live in one home, according to Moore. Some of Guilfoyle's family are expected to live in the other home, added Moore. The couple plans to move in March, Moore said.
