PTSD: Post Trump Stress Disorder

Feeling some Post Trump Stress Disorder... I can't wait to rid myself of residual roller coaster anxiety brain drain from constantly being disgusted by the Trump crime family. Feeling like prosecutions and lawsuits are essential, yet I've wasted enough time hoping for justice and karma. I still think DJT is a flight risk. I feel prison and financial punishments are necessary to help heal the US, while worrying about backlash from the orange cult who are still in a brainwashed delusional state or worse. The USA just flushed a huge orange turd, but the right wing and extremists are not going away for generations. Many will never accept facts.

Entertaining my mind with knowledge, humor, memes and podcasts helped me deal with the past 4 years. I want more good news and knowledge resources to fill my news junky mind. Any suggestions are welcome.

Our former pResident & repuke governors were literally trying to kill us with covid.

Some suggestions:

Start a gratitude journal. Just before bed, write 3 things you are grateful for. Repeat each night - always before bed.

Reread list after adding 3 new things, again before bed.

Great way to jump-start positive energy flow.

Done before bed because as we are falling asleep, our brains are reviewing the day & encoding information for memory storage.

Please engage in good self-care & self-compassion.
