The Fox Network is not showing Celebrating America

I am not talking about the FoxNews cable channel. The Fox Network, home to the Simpsons and the Masked Singer is not airing tonight's celebration. All other networks are airing this.
Because they don't believe in America.

For those who asked, Murdoch still owns it.

Name that Tune are on the Fox Network tonight. I can turn to PBS, CBS and NBC to name three if I want to see Celebrating America. Is there a reason that the Fox Network needs to deviate from their normal Wednesday night programming? I don't mean to be snarky but it isn't like people will have difficulty finding Celebrating America if the want to see it. I am just confused.

They are all going with regular programming.
