LEVINSON: It was completely arbitrary. March 4 was the date when officially the first Congress held its first meeting, and so that was taken as the zero point. April 30 happened also arbitrarily because it took that long, frankly, for people to get to New York from God knows where, by cart and the like. That’s how it was decided that March 4 would be the official date for the beginning and ending of terms. George Washington was a good sport. He didn’t say, “I get four years and four years should mean April 30.” He accepted March 4. And that’s how March 4 became Inauguration Day. It’s as simple as that.

GAZETTE: Why and when was Inauguration Day moved from March 4 to Jan. 20?

LEVINSON: What happened was one of my favorite amendments to the Constitution, which is the 20th Amendment, which is never taught and is not thought about. It’s regarded as dull and boring, a housekeeping amendment, but it’s important in two different ways. The first is that it illustrates that serious people were once interested in structural issues. In 1933, when we were in the middle of a worldwide depression, people realized that it was really dumb and dangerous to wait so long to inaugurate Franklin Roosevelt as the new president. They also did another thing that was very important. They moved up the date that Congress met to the very beginning of January. Until then, one of the craziest features of the Constitution is that a newly elected Congress did not meet for 13 months after the election. FDR, in fact, had to call a special session of Congress on March 4 when he was inaugurated because otherwise Congress would not have met until December of 1933. The 20th Amendment was quickly introduced and quickly ratified, and it’s very important because it moved Inauguration Day up to Jan. 20. But I think we should now realize, almost 90 years later, that Jan. 20 isn’t good enough. All of the dangers that were present by delaying inauguration to March 4 are now present from delaying it until Jan. 20.

They point to a few things, which they misinterpret, over-extrapolate, or just make up:

1) Biden took the oath 10 minutes before noon. They say either of a) this is illegal, or b) it is a signal. It is of course neither.

The transition takes place at noon, regardless. Swearing in before hand ensures perfect continuity without any period naysayers could say he wasn't sworn in at that moment.

2) Biden took a non-military jet to DC because the military denied him one. I don't believe it. I think it was a simple choice Biden himself made.

3) They say that Biden had to actually take the oath to become a criminal usurper regarding the stolen election. That he could not be arrested until he took that fateful step directly into the conspiracy. That is because the military can't enter until they have an official point when the Democratic coup crossed a line, under some section 11.3, it is claimed. Nonsense, of course.

4) Q in a couple of droppings Oct 2020 said Biden would be sworn in because he took bribes from foreign countries.

Like many of you, I am in shock by today's event, and then I realized
why it had to happen and that Q told us it would happen and, why this

1.) Q posts 4821 and 4822, from Oct. 7th 2020, told us about Biden
being sworn in and would the countries he took bribes from then be in

2.) Biden had to take a private jet to Washington, D.C. and was not
sent a government plan. This was the first time in history this has
happened [Again, I will get back to it].

3.) Many of us assumed when Trump and those in his administration were
referring to the next administration it meant the military. We
expected him to step down (to remain neutral as Q said) while all this
went down. Trump did say that the next administration would take over
at noon today Like many, I thought this was over when Biden was sworn
in as he now became the CiC. Boy, was I wrong.

Because of the fraud (as pointed out), if the military has the proof
of it then they have a duty under military code to remove the false
government and restore a new legal civilian government under military
code 11.3 which triggered when Biden was sworn in today (Q#26: when
11.3 verifies as 1st marker).

There was a fear in the McCarthy era that the communists could take
over our government, so provisions were put in place for the military
to protect us should that happen. These provisions allow the military
to take control while they remove the belligerent government and
restore a legal civilian government (with the military running the
elections to do that). Literally, the military was put in place as the
last line of defense of the Constitution should an illegal government
be installed.

This is why they didn't send a government plane for the
President-Elect - because they know he is not a legitimate President
and, once he was sworn in, the government became illegitimate
(belligerent) and the military is now responsible for restoring
legitimate civilian government (otherwise foreign powers will gain
control - see #1 above).

Q said the end wouldn't be for everybody. We have been told by
Trump. Flynn and others, that America would soon get a lesson in the
Constitution.

Well folks, effective at noon today, when Biden illegally swore in
with assistance of foreign nations he just made the government
illegitimate and effectively put the military in control. So, while
like many, I thought it was over when Biden was sworn in today, I
realized Q told us it NEEDED to happen for the military to assume
control without it being a military coup (Q said it all had to be done
by the book).”
