This is truly no joke; you have a troublemaker abusing the impeachment process on zip, AND you have one who thinks that kids are faking getting shot down in cold blood. How does a system allow this type of individual to govern--forget Democrat/Republican for a second, this is someone taking their marching orders from a FRAUD MACHINE. What happens on the next mass shooting? You're gonna have a sitting member of the United States Congress, while Americans mourn, is going to snark, "I think they're all actors." Seriously, how can you possibly work with someone like that???Anyway, here's a portion of the article, excuse the brief rant.
Congresswomans commentary supports the conspiracy theory that school shootings are staged
This week, Media Matters for America surfaced pre-election posts by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R GA) spreading conspiracy theories that school shootings like those that occurred at Sandy Hook Elementary School where 20 children and 6 educators were killed and Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School where 14 students and 3 staff members were killed were staged and not real.
In response to this horrific assertion, the co-founders of Sandy Hook Promise Nicole Hockley, Mark and Jackie Barden, and William Sherlach, who each had a loved one murdered in the Sandy Hook tragedy issued the following statements:
This kind of dangerous and irresponsible thinking is disgusting and appalling, and it is even more reprehensible when it comes from an elected official whos focus should be on keeping children safe, commented Mark Barden, managing director of Sandy Hook Promise. Jackie and I demand that she renounce these theories and that she be held accountable for spreading these vile statements that put our families at further risk of violence.

What do you think we will all sing kumbaya? No, it is about working to get what can done.

The idea of unity is that all reasonable people can get behind issues where there is already a strong majority of agreement, like health care reform.
It doesn't mean appeasing the crazies. We should all unify behind the idea of mocking the crazies out of society.

American people...we have now ten years when nothing was done...not since we lost the house in 10...and we are in deep trouble.

They just keep getting reelected, so there's little reason for them to change strategies.
