16. My sister mentioned some whacko ideas from her son...

... to me a few weeks ago, and she's an "evangelical whacko" as far as I'm concerned.

So she had exposure to a normal education as a child, science-based and forcing her to think more critically (at least somewhat in her case), but she subjected her poor son to years of Christian schools.

She was mortified by his bizarre ideas, and I replied that I wasn't surprised. I heard him talking about chemtrail conspiracies years ago at a family gathering like he fully believed them.

Then my sister seemed to vaguely remember that, but she still didn't know what "chemtrails" even meant.


So I reviewed that old craziness with her too.
