I'm amazed sometimes that people don't recognize effective strategy. Unity is the message from Biden, the President. This messaging and branding has been so effective that everyone is talking about it and repeating it.

Biden knows full well that Pelosi and Schumer will have to scrape and fight and sometimes fight "dirty" in Congress. But the President isn't in Congress. He can remain distant from those sausage-making efforts while appearing to remain above it all (all the while fully supporting the fighting Pelosi and Schumer have to do).
