near as much. I probably drink too much coffee, but otherwise am well hydrated with water and juice. Just one day on the diet Pepsi and one big fast food meal and I would feel like total shit for two days! It really makes me think a guy like that must be on some kind of drugs to even think he feels okay. But, when you're like that all the time, you're used to it. Like alcoholics that have a hangover every morning. They don't realize how crappy they felt until they get off the shit.

I really can't stand "diet" anything.. I don't drink soda but if I do on occasion, just gimmy the good old sugar laden brown bubbly water. The stuff from south and central America tastes like the old coke I remember as a kid.. Different sugar? ymmv
