(53,410 posts)Hes quite likely to do it and just wait till it goes through the courts. Its his modus operandi. He has absolutely no qualms or ability to feel shame. At least other than as a trigger to just double and triple down.

Now, if there are zoning violations, maybe a restaurant license or a liquor license can be revoked. That would keep a few golfers and other members away.
