The First Two Bills Schumer Needs to Bring Up: Manchin's and Sinema's Pet Issues

The first two bills Schumer should bring to the floor are the top priority issue bills for both Manchin and Sinema. They need to see McConnell and the Republicans filibuster those bills into oblivion. Then Schumer needs to bring up the filibuster rule change again.

If Manchin and Sinema vote against the filibuster rule change after seeing their top priority items go down in flames, then they are both proving to America who they really are. If their eyes don't open after losing on their most important bills, nothing will.

They're probably willing to promise them 100% support on those same issues (along with committee chairmanships and anything else they want) in exchange for switching parties.
