Any tax experts have question in stimulus. Tax return still not processed

From 2019. I mailed it in July and got a response dated December it was missing a form. I mailed the missing form back 1st week January but it still shows I haven't filed 2019. My question is if it isn't processed before stimulus bill is approved, will it cause me not to receive any money? I should have filed electronic.

They have not processed my return yet, so no money. I have seen that their goal is getting the lead out of their butts on Feb. 1.

I filed paper returns via snail mail. It got to them in time for them to cash my check by the due date, so it is certainly not a case of filing late. I should have filed electronic too.
