What emergencies should Biden declare?
Since it's now a totally acceptable way to govern, what would you like Biden to declare emergencies on so he can use funds and take action?
Climate change is the obvious one.
Healthcare is another.
Student debt for sure, although I think that can be fixed in large part with administrative changes. Give people options to pay that are much less money per month.
Police reform is certainly an emergency situation.
