I wouldn't be so sure that it will be just these 5. If enough bad stuff comes out (and I assume it will), the Rs are going to be backed into a corner and will have to make a choice. In the last impeachment trial, that didn't happen. This time it will.

...I also want to see it over quickly so the rest of Biden's agenda can move on. There are still lots of plays of DOJ and NY prosecutors against him. I am curious if censure is still possible as at least one meaningful final action Congress can take to assure Trump cannot hold Fed office again.

We are going to need more than a perception of morality in order to mitigate repub obstruction.
