they are super, crazy efficient at handling long lines. The amount of traffic going through the local drive thru is absolutely insane and it has been that way for months. If I needed someone friendly, organized, and experienced in handling long lines of people, I’d probably grab a Chik Fil A manager, too.

8. Yeah, we have a fast food chain here in Chicagoland that has mastered the Drive Thru.

It's called Portillo's, and it's mostly a Chicago thing, although they have opened restaurants in a few other areas.

They are the masters of moving large numbers of customers in a fast, efficient manner, both inside the restaurant, and the drive thru.

I've always said that whoever runs Portillo's drive thru should be running everything in the World.
