I'm not a lawyer. So explain to me why the GOP is not open to RICO prosecution for its multiple instances of using the mails to fraudulently raise funds by promoting the meritless idea that the elections were rigged and by using those funds to illegally corrupt our elections.

in every state fits the bill. But we can't yet provide the evidence. But Biden's DOJ has only just started...waiting for Merrick to lead.

On edit.....there is corruption on both sides....that's the human condition. But one side doesn't cultivate and promote it as a virtue.
