Unity. Impossible with this Republican Congress. VERY possible with the populace they represent.
That is what President Biden is doing. That is the key. He is going to press the Covid stimulus bill and the Dems in congress and the senate are going to run it right down the throats of the Republican Congress. They are going to help the nation no matter what political philosophy a person adheres to, unlike trump who wanted to give stimulus aid only to people who voted for him.
It’s the Republican Congress that is setting the stage for their own destruction. They want unity yet they encourage, enable and support terrorists and destabilizing efforts of the most extreme right wing screwballs we have ever seen. Qanon is now in charge of the Republican Congress. If the Republican Congress really wanted unity they would confess their election lies and would tell the truth about the election. That the the election of President Biden was and is fair, free and valid.
President Biden is going around these whacked out politicians and straight to the people who need the help that only government can provide. This scares the bejesus out of the Republican Congress because, since Reagan, they have built their house of cards on the premise that government is bad, can’t be trusted and will eat your children. Now the Republican house of cards has one foot on a banana peel and one in the abyss of irrelevance.
This time the Democratic house and senate is going to play hardball and the Republican Congress is going to get its ass handed to it.
