The Oath Keepers boast of membership in military and law enforcement. We asked the agencies if theyre investigating, and the answers werent great.

But, well, you see how that goes.
Saying there's a regulation isn't the same as enforcing said regulation.

Oath Keepers is like a continuation military cosplay.
However other groups like KKK are harder to pinpoint in the military.

Even protesting while in active duty can get you in trouble. You're supposed to keep your politics to yourself. Participation in a fake military while in active duty would be much worse.
I think Oath Keepers are mostly discharged and retired military anyway. They recruit former military. They are into a cosplay.
I read in the WaPo that the FBI are now assisting PDs, but there is the problem of police unions. They can ID police officers, but getting them fired is the hard part.
