Help/Advice please. Covid Long Hauler here

I slept 1 hour last night, and had a 30 min nap yesterday. Previous 3 days were similar. Sleep medication (I think) has left a ring in my ear. Kaiser insurance is not so good. Trying to get help. It's been a month since I had a mild case of Covid. Trying to not be anxious. What can I do to get more help?

Oh and very little human contact for last month. Want more, but how with Covid

I have an appointment at 11. Just everything is online, and the answer is always another pill. The last pill seems to have given me a ringing in my right ear that won't go away and makes it harder to sleep.

Talk it over with your doctor, or get a new one if you feel you’re not being helped.

Sorry to hear you’re suffering.

It resets the autonomic (automatic) nervous system. It is a gentle technique of the practitioner strumming autonomic nerves in a specific order.

I've seen it work wonders & experienced it myself.

I hope this is helpful.

Often, with chronic medical issues, the HPA axis is disrupted & this technique can help.

She uses brainsync technology, which is fantastic!

There's also a tape called Sound Sleep which is tonal.

Marion Mackles is a cardiopulmonary physical therapist and chief of the foundation’s airway clearance program. She calls the Bootcamp a “vital necessity” for the tens of thousands of COVID-19 patients who’ve had to endure the virus on their own. “So many people out there are still suffering, weeks and even months after they’ve ‘recovered from’ the virus,” said Mackles. “They have no idea what they should be experiencing or even what questions to ask their doctors. Our program is designed to give them the knowledge base and support they need, to help them both physically and emotionally, so they can get back to living their lives again.”

I have been exhausted since my Covid diagnosis. Pre Covid I would sleep about 7 hours a night and that would be a good night sleep. Now I sleep 10/11 hours and all I want to do is take a nap. I wish I could share some of my sleep overage with you. I just want to get back to “ normal”

yet was unwell for a week or so prior to that. I found with sleep that at first I was out like a light far more easily than usual (I’m typically not the best sleeper) but it then went to the other extreme, and on more than one occasion was just laying there until past 5am. One thing that helps me, and I know it’s not for everyone, is watching TV, and while it might sound counterintuitive, something that you actually want to be invested in. Somehow, that focuses my tired mind and I drift off.

Alternatively, mild exercise might help, but please don’t push yourself. I find that I'm more tired again and I believe this is because I'm trying to build up to getting back to work (I do a very active job which requires at least 10 miles on foot each day) so I go for a short walk daily, which is causing me to be totally useless for the next few hours. Earlier this week I got through the front door after 25 minutes outside, sat down with my coat on and briefly fell asleep. For what it’s worth, I’m not quite 40.

I had it last April and still have back pain and pain in my ribs from the pneumonia, and my asthma is worse. I just re-injured my back when I twisted the wrong way and now it is a lot worse again. lidocaine patches again non stop. TG for lidocaine patches. I had a reactivation of ebv at the same time and have exhaustion still. My sleep was messed up long before covid due to other health issues. To top it off I think I had it again, going into my chest but I convinced doc to give me z pack and it has almost completely resolved without getting to pneumonia.
