He was referring to the organizing resolution. It can only mean he supports using the nuclear option to remove a filibuster of the OR itself. Otherwise his comments don't make any sense.

Of course, this doesn't mean there are actually 50 votes to do it.

He says that, since he heads the Judiciary Committee, all of his time is taken up with the impeachment trial.
And, he says that if the Democrats attempt to call witnesses, he will also call witnesses and drag the trial out for months.
All this to keep Garland from becoming Attorney General...Graham must sure be scared of him.
So, the committee change over must proceed immediately.
Graham is a real prick.

Why does he need to prepare for the trial, he is on the jury???

He could be investigated for conspiring to defraud the 2020 election. I guess he feel guilty.
Of course a state investigation can also move forward, so, in the long run, he is quite vulnerable no matter what he does.

Remember how the GOP went out of their way to humiliate Garland when he was nominated to the Supremes? When I heard Lindsey was going to hold up his appointment this time, I felt a wave of disgust. It’s not even personal. It’s like they said about child separation: the cruelty is the point.

also I believe this would leave Lindsey in charge of the impeachment trial unless the change is made so I hope the Dems stick to their guns.

It can't just be a personal dislike. They all seem to feel the same, and I find it hard to believe he went out of his way to slight them, at some point in history.

It's the only explanation, unless he is not as Reich-friendly as they'd like. And, for all her other issues, I doubt that Barrett is, either, so it's probably not that.

but there is no longer a boundary/line between truth and their delusion. I also noted the discrepancy between their nonsense and reality because the polls are so high in wanting what the dems are doing as opposed to their calls for 'unity'

Was meant as sarcasm. I have zero use for their call to unity, that ended after Obama’s 2nd year. All under McConnel leadership. I thought I hated John Boehner and Ryan. I want the unification of McConnell and Satan to hurry and arrive.
