A few weeks ago one of the guests was making a comment that Biden was selecting his Cabinet to fill diversity quotas rather than picking the most qualified people for the job. I thought was such a crock because the selections Biden made are very well qualified for their positions, and especially ironic in light of some of the least qualified individuals that Trump selected by Trump in his cabinet.
