How about if we just call her "Greene" or Ms. Greene?

Someone, somewhere here on DU, made what I think is a valid point a few days ago. We use 3 names/ initials for those women we admire - RGB and AOC.

Let’s stop with the MTG/Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Initials make her seem cool or something. It bothers me, too. Just call her Greene. I’m sure from the context she won’t be confused with any other Greene, i.e. “God, Greene is a psycho.”

Typing three names every time got old, and I refuse to dignify her with triple initials. I use the other colorful names in my head. 😄

I never, ever use "MTG" as that's just too fuzzy-familiar. She is deserving of ridicule and censure. She shouldn't be in the House or any other position of trust and power.

Red-Green-Blue.

Yes, Greene does not deserve the initials.

For a while, some used initials for Justice Barrett, as if she were worthy.

...or just "Traitor Greene," if you want to be succinct.

But I agree with dropping the acronym, which only reinforces the false equivalency many in the media are making, equating her and AOC as merely equidistant poles on the extremes of the political spectrum.
