The key is the PUBLICATION of untrue defamation either that you know is untrue or reasonably should have known was untrue based upon adequate investigation. In this case they have been put on notice which requires greater investigation by the network into truth or veracity. Each instance of publication constitutes an additional defamatory act subjecting network to damages. I can't believe their attorneys will let this broadcast. Its exactly the type of evidence that a jury might seize upon to award large punitive damages
