This is Trump's most damning tweet about the Capitol riots: Ex-Ted Cruz spokeswoman

Brad Reed
February 05, 2021

-snip-

Writing on Twitter, former Cruz communications director Amanda Carpenter posted a screen cap of a tweet Trump posted on January 6th at 6 p.m., shortly after authorities cleared the former president's supporters out of the United States Capitol building.

"These are the things and events that happened when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long," Trump wrote in the tweet. "Go home with love & in peace. Remember this day forever!"

"Read this very carefully," Carpenter commented. "It's celebratory. It's all there. Essentially, yep, this is what happens when you don't re-elect me. He pushes the big election lie some more and wraps the mob in love. What more do we need to see here."

Trump is being impeached on a charge of inciting an insurrection on January 6th that left five people dead, including one Capitol police officer.

Who else deifies themselves but a cult leader?

But Dim Donald began his occupation of the Oval Office with a proclamation designating his inauguration date as the 2017 National Day of Patriotic Devotion. So no one should not have seen it coming.

Right, the deification of The Donald.

OMG I did not remember his inaugural date proclaimed as National Day of Patriotic Devotion.
Unbelievable. Yes we should have seen it coming. I knew it was going to be bad, but even I
did not foresee how bad.

And I'll remind my young granddaughters what happened on this day, as I continue to plant the seeds of urging them on to Law School so they can pave their way for Justice and our Constitution all the way to becoming a Supreme Court Justice or whichever path is dedicated in getting us there.

I will always remember January 6th, 2021 and I hope there will be another date to etch in memory when you are convicted and sentenced to prison for Treason, DJT.

But then I realized that that's how his followers feel, that life and "the system" have treated THEM unfairly. He speaks for them and they identify with him.

Their idea of unfair is not being able to enforce their white, religious, gun toting culture on everyone. Also, we know from Mary Trump how twisted and psychologically abused Donald's childhood was. I believe that many of his cullt worshippers had similar experiences. In Trump, they have a voice for their anger at the world.

But I do wonder if it is descended from the Puritans. They check off the same boxes. And they are so materialistic. All that matters is money, yet many are well off. To me hatred seems their mojo.

Regarding materialism, that's true mostly for the R leaders and their money backers. The average Trumpist is not well off at all.

and Trump may be one. The US Maps that show counties by which party had the most votes confuses some people as there is more red than blue. They incorrectly think the red should have won. We know that the red areas have a much lower population density than the blue areas. While there is lots of land, land does not vote. So while Trump won areas with lots of land (his "landslide&quot he didn't get that many voters.

"Mike Pence didn't have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution, giving States a chance to certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they were asked to previously certify. USA demands the truth!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 6, 2021"

This tweet was done about 10 minutes after news reports that Pence had been escorted from the Senate floor for safety from rioters who had broken through police lines and were entering the Capitol.

So convinced, that not winning blew all his remaining logic circuits.

He will forever be stuck in an endless loop of explaining Reality to himself. An endless loop where only 'I was robbed!' makes sense.
Any explanation will be entirely externalized. He is incapable of intelligent introspection.
Any question like 'Where did I go wrong?' is outside his intellectual and logical framework.

His followers need to disconnect, and Trump needs to be put in a place where he can do no further harm.

What that place is, is for the legal and political systems of the USA to decide.
There is plenty of proof that he created and led the insurrection.
