President Donald Trump made another reference to his supporters' potential for violence in an interview published Wednesday.

Speaking to Breitbart News, Trump said that while the left "plays a tougher game," his supporters "are tougher."

"I can tell you I have the support of the police, the support of the military, the support of the Bikers for Trump – I have the tough people, but they don't play it tough — until they go to a certain point, and then it would be very bad, very bad," Trump said. "But the left plays it cuter and tougher."

It's hardly the first time Trump's has talked up — and even goaded — his supporters' potential for violence.

I learned pretty early on that anybody that has to tell you how tough they are is most likely blowing a lot of smoke. They might be a mean sprited SOB, but usually they just don't have the physical or emotional ability to deliver. Pendejo45 always struck me that way, and I have yet to have my mind changed about him. He's absolutely expressing his hopes and fantasies when he talks about his badass supporters.

Yeah, I have little doubt that a portion of law enforcement and career military types do support him, but take into consideration who (what personality type) is commonly attracted to those types jobs.
