Crazy argument

Trump has to be given the opportunity to confront his accusers so we shouldn’t have the trial which would give him that opportunity?

I’m not a lawyer, but I don’t think this guy is much of one either.

Now he’s on bill of attainder because impeachment is done by the legislature? But impeachment is explicitly done by the legislative branch.

And why keep coming back to the time it took. Why? The constitution has nothing to say about time. If there’s enough evidence convict. If not don’t. The evidence and the trial is what should decide.
