Indeed, Your Honor!

My client, the former bank manager, does NOT deny that he attempted to rob his own bank! But since he was subsequently FIRED by the bank, I say to you that this trial should be declared NULL AND VOID! Why? Because, Your Honor, he is NO LONGER THE BANK MANAGER!

Check mate, I think you’ll find! Case dismissed! Everybody go home!

I don’t drink and drive so I can’t be arrested for being drunk and disorderly.

I find the argument silly.
