Was ruling. I think all the yelling had him flustered. She ruled it wasn’t allowed. Now they are going to vote on her ruling. I think?

...are struck because he claims they are not true. There was some discussion...jumbled discussion...of what rules applied and how they applied. Then an objection to an immediate vote on the mx to strike by Sen Lee by another Sen because no quorum is present. It appear they are calling roll to determine if a quorum is present.

Mike Lee (R) from Utah rose from his seat to declare that statements attributed to him as recounted by the impeachment managers were not accurate and he requested that they be "stricken from the record."

They are now counting to establish a quorum.

Apparently it's parliamentarian of senate. She says his motion is out of order. That's what Leahy ruled. The rules of hearing don't give him right to strike his objection.

Lee is a Trump loyalist.

And all that was attributed to him is that he handed phone to Turberville.
