Wonder why the crowd would be so focused Mike Pence?!? No one other than Donald Trump thought he had any power whatsoever to change the election outcome? So weird!

(300 posts)Pence was loyal to Trump to a fault, really his dedicated lap dog. Now he has learned painfully that Trump will throw anyone under the bus, and it's really just a matter of time until he does. Trump seemingly didn't grasp that Pence had no constitutional authority to dismiss the results of the electoral college, and Trump like his followers has long inhabited a separate reality where facts don't much matter. Having sold his soul to a secular devil, Pence has been targeted by his angry and frustrated master, and fears his rampaging goons...

(9,959 posts)... he's probably following lawyers' advice. Say nothing. If he starts speaking out against Trump, he will become more of a target. He should have his spokesperson issue a statement, "Vice President Pence has decided nothing good will result from his speaking about his association with President Trump. He will spend the rest of his life in shameful silence."
