A question for the legal brains here at DU.
IS THERE ANY REASON WHY THE UNIONS CAN'T SUE CONGRESS for NOT providing a safe workplace.

Then how about a class action suit. They are suggesting there are 1000's of employes at the Capitol.

I believe members of congress are shielded for official actions, which is just about everything...

The AOC and the USCP are the only two organizations with bargaining units.

related to the operation of gov't.
They might be able to sue the gov't, aka the people, but they can't sue individuals acting in an official capacity.
