"If you vote NO on impeachment of Trump for his crimes, you will be complicit in the coming destruction of our democracy. You need to send a message to anyone trying to overthrow this democracy.

Trump needs to be removed from EVER holding office again. Refusal to impeach is refusal to uphold our constitution."

Yea, I know he will not listen to me, but hey, I call his office multiple times. He knows me, or at least his people do.

This case that the Dem Managers are laying out is clear, concise and without a doubt the easiest case I have ever seen.

If these rethugs had any moral compass, this would not even be an issue. Trump would be toast.

Ron Johnson is one of my senators. I did write to and call his office, but I'm not expecting that to make a difference.

so, I get it too....Chuckles is senile and devoid of ethics and Joni is dumb as a stump and devoid of even the basic idea of what ethical behavior is.

3. Called him this week, will call again

And am telling folks in the zip codes he cares about to call him as well. Am in Austin, ya know, the economic engine that Texas republicans love to hate.

4. At the very least . . .

It keeps Cornyn from claiming that he hasn't heard from any constituents in favor of convicting Trump. (Not, of course, that he wouldn't say that if it was politically expedient, truth be damned.)

But good for you for being in contact with his office. You never know if you might strike a nerve with the staff and one of them persuades Cornyn to change his position.

I think they have to keep a low profile or lose their job, but he did not sound all that happy and he gladly took my comments.
