Like the "Thank you for the heart" thread from a couple weeks ago. Seems like several people a day post a report on their vaccines.

We should proudly wear it to show others we are protecting them and to encourage them to get vaccinated as well.

Of course, I've also been recommending all these threads about people who have lost electricity in these storms this week too. I suppose some could consider those "egocentric" as well.
It's probably a matter of perspective.
I don't think I've ever trashed a thread here, even those complaining about all the extra trouble spent having to scroll past threads that don't interest them personally.

(4,839 posts)of us who don't fall in the eligible categories but are desperate to get a shot and cannot. It's not like Covid is going to say these people aren't eligible for the vaccine so I won't infect them.

If this is the vaccination thread, Ill start by saying that I have an appointment, but its not until March 3rd. Ill keep everyone posted if anything comes open earlier.

Sometimes I can't help but feeling like "glad you got the vaccination, hope I don't die before I get mine."
