That's because Norm has a higher IQ than anybody else. As it is, this is about the highest praise Norm has bestowed on anyone in public office that I have seen or heard, and I have known him for about twenty years. It is not just throwing Joe Biden a bone. Norm doesn't do that.

He was wonderful tonight, exactly what you'd hope a president to be. Also he was very knowledgeable. He had an informed, detailed answer for every question. Excellent town hall.
